Meet Dr. Peggy Chuang, DMD
Founder & Clinical Director
Outside the Practice
When she isn’t transforming smiles and studying the latest clinical breakthroughs, Dr. Peggy loves embracing the finer things in life. You can find her visiting local museums, traveling, spending quality time with her family and friends, and sampling delicious desserts!
Dr. Peggy Chuang was born in Taiwan and grew up in Southern California. Her journey into elite dental care began at the University of California, Berkeley, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Integrative Biology. She went on to receive her Doctorate in Dental Medicine (DMD) from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, mastering advanced clinical techniques.
A Commitment to Advanced Clinical Excellence
Dr. Peggy is deeply passionate about lifelong learning. To bring the most recent advances in dentistry directly to our Livermore community, she has completed over 600 hours of continuing education. She continuously trains in the latest dental technology and minimally invasive methods to ensure your treatments are highly effective and virtually pain-free.

Meet Dr. Carolyn Nguyen, DDS
Associate Dentist & Patient Advocate
Dr. Carolyn Nguyen is a Bay Area native, born and raised right next door in Fremont, California. She began her academic career at the University of California, San Diego, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Bioinformatics. She then returned to Northern California to graduate with her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the world-renowned University of California, San Francisco (UCSF).
Advanced Residency & Community Service
Following dental school, Dr. Nguyen completed a rigorous General Practice Residency at the VA West Los Angeles Medical Center. This advanced training allowed her to sharpen her clinical expertise in complex restorative procedures and comprehensive patient care.
Dr. Nguyen discovered her true calling after working as a dental assistant for two years and volunteering alongside dentists on a medical mission trip to Vietnam.

Outside the Practice
When she isn’t at the clinic, Dr. Nguyen loves staying active and spending time outdoors. She is an avid snowboarder, enjoys hitting the local golf courses, and loves going home to care for her beloved kitten, Oliver.
